When we founded Artisans Media Group, our focus was different than where we are today. Originally we provided automated solutions for Public Relations teams. In this case, Activision contacted us to employ a press outreach and scheduling system for the videogame tradeshow E3.
The solution we designed sent HTML email invitations to press members and allowed them to schedule time with each of the game producers. In addition, the system mailed interview itineraries and reminders for the events they were scheduled to attend.
